Business model
Every market has its rules with some flexibility, in Palestine the market is workable by three parallel functions: promotion, marketing, and sales. These activities can be done separately by different entities for same product or can be done by the same entity. We in Quality Drugstore have our teams that work on three of them, we do the marketing work, we promote out items to professionals and end consumers, and we have our team who sell the products to the pharmacies. In parallel there are the subagent stores who buy in bulk from agents and manufacturers and distribute to pharmacies who like to by small quantities from one supplier
